Runway Dinner – Christmas in July

This year we will have the event catered for by Coast to Coast catering. The menu is extensive with consideration to dietary restrictions
Menu:
Pre dinner drink with cold platters
Main meal:
– choice of three spit roast meats – chicken, beef and baked ham with hot gravy and condiments plus sauces to suit
– fresh bread sticks
– hot jacket potatoes served with sour cream
– fresh tossed garden salad
– beetroot salad and pineapple yoghurt salad
– pumpkin quinoa and chic pea salad
– savoury rice salad
– hot sliced carrots
– hot beans
Dessert:
– pavlova with fruit salad
– apple crumble with custard
